Board Goals
- Develop learning and accountability standards and procedures, including concrete programs that monitor, evaluate, identify, and implement ways to improve student proficiency.
- Improve the instructional skills of our teachers and the professionalism of all district employees through the use of an established professional development program and corrective action.
- Develop an Applied Technology Center.
- Develop a Strategic Plan that addresses declining student enrollment and assessed valuation.
- Develop a 1 through 5 year Capital Projects Plan and establish procedures and budgetary guidelines for capital expenditures
